As a long time lay leader in both the Presbyterian and Methodist denominations, I’m very comfortable working with clergy at any point in their career.  I have many pastor friends and see them as just like anyone else!  I’m not your peer, your supervisor, your bishop, or in your congregation but I understand church politics and policy and some of the challenges facing today’s clergy.
